As i mountain lover, this place fits perfectly with me.
For travellers like me: please do not expect everyone can speaks English, since we do speak english.
when it is not even their second language.
However Google Translate works well as magic and for the entire stays i was there. It all worked out well. Staffs and manager are amazing.
As for waiting time for the food, on the contrary of below comments, expect 30-40mins for the mains. You can’t order a main that has to be done well, while expecting it to be served like a fast food chain.
They also offer Horse Riding. I took Panoramic one. And i was amazed by the beauty of it mountains.
They had activities you can choose from that base on what interests you.
Despite all the negative comments
It is all about personal perception.
Over all I had a great time.
And will definitely compliment it.

What a beautiful place to stay in the mountains. They have a very good property with few activities. we tried the horseback ride and spa. its very near to Skybridge. Host Ms. Noor is really kind and friendly. She can speak English. Very good restaurant with delicious food. All staffs are very good. It was so peaceful to stay there. I would recommend this place to any one who needs a break from city life and stay close to nature.

Отель расположен в очень живописном месте, большую часть проживания была хорошая погода, и открывался замечательный вид на горы. В пешей доступности так же можно увидеть большое количество лошадей , и есть места для самостоятельного хайкинга. Так же хотели отметить работу администратора отеля, который максимально старался сгладить все негативные моменты в работе персонала.

Что мне понравилось:
1. Это конечно же чистота воздуха, так как отель находится высоко в горах, даже кажется край города.
2. Персонал очень замечательный, подробно все рассказали, отзывчивые, в связи с тем что был дождь, устроили неплановые шоу-программы для детей (рисование, кино с попкорном и соком).
3. На территории гуляют собаки разной породы, дружелюбные, дети были в восторге от них, что аж хотели забрать с собой).
4. Еда в ресторане очень вкусная, мы ели стейки, официанты отличные, хотя выше в комментах писали что долго несут, нам принесли быстро, и даже к ифтару подготовили все во время, не знаю возможно из-за того что народу было считанное количество, не сезон.
5. Территория большая, виды на горы очень красивые, есть на что смотреть.
6. Wifi у каждого номера свой, скорость нормальная.
7. Есть даже 2 кабинки караоке.
